Basically, the Series 4646 is equipped with state-of-the-art components regarding PCB-fixtures, shank-/ blade spindle-module and suction unit. This standard guarantees depanelling results
- free of stress
- free of deformation (neither while depanelling, nor permanently. Board shows negligible compression after processing
- precise contours through panel-tolerance compensation
- free of rejects.
Work cycle-times do strongly depend on the panel`s properties (layout & lenghts of the cutting-/milling paths, strokes and bare-board thickness).
PCBs of different design and layout can be processed, either prescored panels, panels with bridges of residual material or from non-preworked solid panels.
