The Lid Punching machine SH-330 processes foil width up to 330 mm. The detection and guiding of the roll is done through an electronic controller with optical detection. The steel-steel calander which is built in the machine guarantees a clear and uniform embossing.

The foil is unwounded, optically adjusted and guided through the precision punching tool. Heat seal lids with standard diameters can be treated on the machine: 3-fold x 95,5 mm - 4-fold x 75,5 mm -  5-fold x 68,3 mm and x-fold for certain small diameters.. The punching tool is built in a 4-column-steel-guide-frame and precisely manufactured up to an allowance of the cutting elements at a range of  0,001 mm. After being cut out, the lids are stacked  in the magazine and can be removed without stopping the machine.

The electronic monitoring of the machine at magazine until roll end permits a trouble free punching procedure. Cutting tools for standard as well as for special lid sizes can be provided separately on request.
